The reglazing of two offices in Bracknell due to Nickel Sulphide toughened glass failure within the original structure
A large reglazing project located within the key business area of Bracknell, Berkshire
Two high quality office buildings situated within the key business area in Bracknell, Berkshire.
Both of the glass 4 storey office buildings were experiencing high levels of toughened glass failures in random locations due to Nickel Sulphide inclusions.
The buildings new owners decided the percentage of failures was unacceptably high and commissioned JPW Osprey Limited to change all of the double glazed units and spandrel panels (approximately 2,800 No.) to ensure the buildings continued as high performance offices.
JPW Osprey Limited were contracted as the principal contractor providing all of the associated access, plant machinery and various trades (inclusive of compliance meetings with the local building control).
